I have some tip for you!

So when drawing chibis, they tend to have big eyes, and centered mouths.  Your eyes are good for the most part, just not quite big enough.  And the left eye needs to be over a bit more and longer.  The mouth needs to moved over towards the chin, they tend to be centered with it.

Ears are usually connected to the jaw line and goes from your lips to your eyebrows.  But most chibi drawers usually make the ears smaller or don't draw them at all.

The body proportions are actually pretty decent, the only thing I can say is try to make the arms the same size.  The pose isn't that bad either, just a bit stiff.  You can work on that buy deciding a pose before drawing it all.  This helps you get the idea of how the whole thing will look in the end.
-Try to avoid straight lines.  If you look at your body, you see that you have pretty much zero straight lines on your whole body, even the bones aren't straight.
-Study drawings.  Find artists you like and study their drawings, see what makes them pop, what gives them life and incorporate that into your drawings.

Your shadings isn't bad either.  But when shading white, try to avoid using gray, this helps give your drawing life.  Instead of gray, try using a gray-ish blue or red.
